My AI Video Master Guide (with prompt)
The reason most AI videos look fake is that people write a description of a video. This writes it as a shot list with a locked subject, so the model stops improvising and starts executing. Fill every bracket before you run it.
The rules that make it work
Fill the STYLE paragraph from a real frame, not your imagination. Make one hero frame first, then describe that. Use the identical paragraph at every stage, image generation and video, so nothing drifts. This is the single thing that separates your videos from everyone else's.
Write emotion as body movement. Never "he's angry." Write "the jaw clenches, the fist closes." The model renders what a feeling does to a body.
Write physics, not vibes. Every action gets trajectory, distance, and impact. "Three strides, leaps, lands knees deep" beats "he jumps."
Put sound inline, per beat. Never a sound list at the end. Each beat carries its own diegetic sound.
Cap your beats. 3–4 beats per 15 seconds. More than that and it feels rushed.
Keep "face stable throughout, no deformation" in every prompt. Literally, every time. It's the cheapest insurance against identity drift.
Keep negatives short. Only ban problems you've actually seen. A negative list is a scar record, not a wish list.
No music, no text. Music goes in your editor where you control it. Text in frame garbles, add captions in post.
